My legs were on fire after this workout! We ran a #mileaday before getting into it! Doing this workout with weights maximizes your results, but I added alternatives for this workout:

Set 1

  • If you don’t have a medicine ball, do the exercise without weight and keep your hands raised above your head

  • If you don’t have a jump rope, aim for 60 seconds of jumping jacks or high knees

Set 2

  • Each exercise can be done with one or two dumbbells or kettlebells

  • Each exercise can be done with no equipment
