Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) workouts allow you to exercise like a true athlete. This type of training is a great way to burn calories and add competitive fun to any workout. The workout below requires no equipment; all you need is your driveway (or a track) and porch steps (or any steps/staircase for that matter). The aim is to go through each of these sets twice with 8-12 reps for each movement (unless noted)!
